I seem to have exhausted the leads all my current contacts had. Thankfully, I've recently been introduced to three new contacts spread between Skyway City and Steel Canyon. Willy Starbuck asked me to look into some Council dealings. Apparently they're recruiting heavily in Kings Row. I was hesitant because, from what I've heard, the Council are more of a para-military group than a magical group. Tiffany assures me, in her dealings with them, she has found some connections to the mystic arts. So I headed to Kings Row to introduce myself to Archon Brandt.

I slotted Unyielding at lvl 9. I'm very defense-minded ... well, resistance-minded, I guess. Now that I'm fighting Council, the RPD+UY+TI combination once again shines. I'm still set to Heroic difficulty, and the toughest villains in the Archon Brandt mission were yellow. I could pretty much take on five even-cons at the same time and not drop below half health.
Saving another recruit from having to get a hair cut.
I have started to notice the endurance drain, however. With both UY and TI running, ten or so attack cycles take me down to about half endurance. I can stay even if all I do is Scorch, but any meaningful attack pace gradually runs me down.
